price for seats and engine?

I'm thinking about buying the engine and seats out of Grahams 1985 UK 
80 sport. (My engines great but has big miles, so I thought it might 
be a good opportunity to buy some assurance if it does die. My seats 
are standard, none sport type, and i fancy the originals.)
 The engine, a 1.8 4cyl injection, has 130k on it and is in good 
condition, and the seats are ok with a small tear in the drivers 
side.

Has anyone any ideas what they are worth and what I should offer? 

Your advice much appreciated since I don't have a clue what to offer!
