Which synth tranny fluid to use for slushbox?

OK guys, simple question, I have to replace the fluid on my 90's auto tranny
(2.3 10V, 3 speed), and need to know what you all think is the best synth
fluid to use.  I heard Mobil 1 had some synth fluid, but have never seen it.
If you could tell me what fluid you like, and where you picked it up, I would
be grateful.  Suggest away!
