Swapping 4kq Seats+

I need a good 4kq silver leather heated seat.
If I could just find a car with this interior, I planned to take the 
passenger seat and make it work on the driver's side (passenger seat is 
usually like 90% less worn).  Has anyone tried this?  I figure I can 
hack off the lower frame/bracket from mine and weld/replace it on the 
"new" seat.

Has anyone tried this passenger to driver conversion?  Anyone have a 
good used silver leather seat?
