Update - V6 oil filters

I have an long (6K) update about V6 engine oil filters, which was
already sent to several listers I've been corresponding with "off
list".  
It primarily applies to 1995 Audi V6 engines - the USA AAH to AFC engine
change - but also has info about the 2.6 ABC and non-US AAH engines (my
info is unclear if the AAH to AFC code change was applied worldwide).

To save BW, I'll send it to those who request it.
