what is the best way to get to the #5 cylinder EM stud?

hey all, i have to tighten down the studs on cylinder #5 tomorrow and 
then go to the muffler shop and have them weld an extra inch into the 
center pipe, so i was wondering if anyone knows what the best way is to 
reach the top stud on #5.  I can reach under with my hand and grab the 
bottom one, but the top one seems to be hidden by the heat shield on the 
wastegate.  Am i mising something or what is the best way to go about 
tis.  I just bought one of those mirrors that has a telescoping handle so 
that i can actually see what im doing...so now i just have to jump in and 
do it...
