I recently was in the process of waiting for a $3 part, dealer
(not their fault) was getting updates fon status and it kept getting
worse!  Part had to come from the fatherland.  After almost 
2 months I called The 800 # and talked to Shannon, she had the
part here in under 2 weeks!  (She had promised 2 1/2)  She is also 
sending me some neat stuff in the mail.   By all means, complain 
away!
