Rough/low Idle, stumbling - Fixed

Hi Audifans,
The 88 5kcstq developed a rough, low stumbling idle, and acceleration was
crap.  I was thinking the noisy fuel pump was crapping out, or the ISV went,
or I had a vacuum leak, etc.  Then I remembered Phil P.'s suggestion of
checking the ground on the intake manifold.  So I remove the bolt, and
sanded off the crud on the bolt, connector, and ground plate, then cleaned
the whole mess with electrical parts cleaner.  Problem solved...
