Re: Audi of America, are you listening?

Have you looked around at other dealers, if there are any? Also, if you
haven't been to your dealer recently you might try them out again, for
something simple.
The reason I say this is that I had all of these bad experiences with
one dealer, where they bungled, broke, missed, and were generally
incompetant...though they always seemed like they were trying to make me
happy (well except for the service manager). So I started taking it to
the new dealer in GA; they seemed to do pretty well, but then I had a
little bit of a bad experience with them. After that, I found out that
they had *intentionally* broken a sizable (and important) chunk off the
big plastic shroud under the engine, and lost a number of the screws
that held it on as well. Soon after that happened, which was probably
about a year since I stopped taking it to the first dealer, I chatted a
bit with a lister who was very pleased with the service and the new
management...at the first dealer!
So you never know, check and see if any new people work at your
dealer...you might be pleasantly surprised!
