shocking quote

I just got a quote for four shocks and springs for my 4ksq. Just wondering
if I got a good deal. h&R springs for 247.95 and Bilstein HD shocks for
393.60 or 641.55 for the package. My other question is can an average
personchange out the shocks and springs? Thanks guys...
