In short, No.

Modern vehicles do not require a warm up before they are driveable.  In
fact, you are more ecologically sound if you don't warm up, as they warm up
faster when driven.  Cold vehicles pollute the most.

Don't drive like a madwoman until the car has warmed up.  A hill is not big
deal to a car.  Just don't lug the engine.  You can do worse lugging the
engine than using high revs.  I usually try to keep it to 50% of redline
until the vehicle has started to warm up, and won't redline it until the
vehicle is well warmed up.
