You want to get one of two guns, both are Ingersoll Rand - although they
make each with a Craftsman label as well. The first is the 231. Should
last you a lifetime, lasts about 5-6 years of constant use in a garage.
The other is the "new" version of it, the 2131. The 231 will go for $125
or so in many places, the 2131, about $50 more. The 1/2" impact is the one
gun you need to be top quality. Die grinders, hammers and 3/8" ratchets
can be cheepies...
