Everyone seems to be complaining of AOA. I do understand that the attitudes
of the company can be trying, but when it has come to warranty work, I have
never had a problem. I have always left with huge smile when leaving their
dealership. The only problem I have ever had with any audi certified
mechanic, was when I had my oil changed I was charged 40 dollars(told it would
be 24), charged for 10 quarts of oil, and the monkey who did it tightned the
damn drain plug to tight where I cannot get it off(so I have to go to them to
have it changed again).
Oh and if you think Audi is terrible, you should try Marshall
Volkswagen/Honda in Panama City, FL. From my previous experience and a
multitude of other(have either personally talked with dozens or had father
with shop talking to hundreds, they rate the worst for customer service when
it comes to the service bay,[rude, crude and other nasty words to them])Maybe
its them or maybe its volkswagen, but to my opinion I will never deal with
them again. I don't mean this slanderous, but this is my opinion!
