Ur-Q roadracing photos...

I don't know how well known this is but while surfing around this evening --
nothing good on TV and I didn't feel much like working on anything -- I found
a website for some guy in New Zealand who roadraced his '84 Ur-Q a few years
back.  I've never heard of anyone successfully doing this before -- rally,
yes; roadracing, no -- and my favorite of the photos he's put up is

Wanigasekera!), a few more photos of the Ur-Q and lots more of the Subaru that
he is now racing.

Now that I think about it, I guess it would be possible to roadrace an Ur-Q
here in the U.S. as well but only on a regional basis with a club that has a
run-what-you-brung class ... the SCCA doesn't want to know about either AWD or
turbos!
