HELP!! Insurance company trying to screw me and my 4000Q!! (part 4)

Hi Group,

Here's the latest on my car problem that I last reported on about a week ago.
The other guy's insurance company did accept that the car would be fixed, and
they advanced me a check for $3100, which is roughly the estimated cost of
repairing the car.  

I just stopped by the body shop today and they are well into fixing it.  Maybe
I'll get to take it home in another week or so (fingers crossed). 

So, assuming that the body shop does not find significant needs to adjust the
estimate due to unseen damage, it looks like I will be without further hassle.

When I do get my car back with a final bill for repairs, I plan to submit all
my receipts (repairs, towing, rental car) to the insurance company to get
reimbursed for the balance.

OK, that's all for now.  I'll let you know how it ends up.

Hoping to be back in my Audi soon (and out of this crappy Toyota Corolla
rental).....
