4kq Problems - Oh Boy....

Ok, here's the list:

1.) Green (what looks like) coolant fluid on the passenger side floor 
blackish-ruggish stuff.  Must not be dripping directly from the glove 
compartment area, as it is UNDER the rubber mat I have over the passenger 
floor.  I'm sure someone else has had this problem before, but the search 
engine couldn't find any hits.

2.) Oil Leak - Found the source of my recent oil problems.  Doing an oil 
change yesterday, look up and see the (Oil Temp Sending Unit?) drippings 
with blackish goo.  It was fresh oil and was dripping slowly onto the 
ground.  "NOOOOOOOOOOO" I yelled, as I saw my money dripping from this 
little unit.  It's right to the left of the a/c compressor belt at the 
absolute bottom of the engine.  My newly aquired Bentley seems to comfirm 
the name of this thing....Any BTDTs?

3.) Intake Manifold - I have a crack in the intake manifold and I still 
have to pop this new old one in.  It is dirty and I'm still wondering how 
to clean this baby up.  I've done the synthetic carb cleaner route and I'm 
wondering if there's anything stronger out on the market.  Anyone ever 
replaced one of these manifolds and had it work out for them?
