I say:
Car can relatively easy pass emissions if engine's hot, not to say that it
should be encouraged to drive without a cat. I took my rear muffler off and
started shaking out the "residue". A bit tough to get the last pieces out so
I struggled for a while. Since the "residue" is light as charcoal, you can
also flush it out with water.
