Dave,
Assuming it is about the same as on 89 100, there's a screw hidden behind
the inside lock leverl. Once you've gotten that one out, remove gently the
entire handle by pushing it forward (..?.. been a while). Now it will reveal
a larger screw that also holds the door panel. Except from the screws up
top, it shall now only be plastic clips all around. Do this in a heated area
so you don't ruin any clips.
