4kq Rear Diffential

How the hell do I make the little green light go off?
Tried various combos of switch at pos 1, switch at pos 2....Turn back off, 
while moving, while stationary...everything I can think of to UNlock the 
rear diff...Any BTDTs?

ALSO, someone on the list is nice enough to sell me their Sparco strut bar 
and I was wondering whether or not anyone has installed one of these?  How 
difficult is it REALLY?
