Patience. Look for "crew cab" mini pickups (Nissan, Dodge Dakota, and others)
to be on USA dealer lots this year some time. Was just at the Chicago auto show
and the manufacturers are finally pulling their collective heads out of their
asses and bringing the USA crew cab versions of mini and mid size pickups.
Nissan had a really nice production model and project model on display. I have
pictures of the project truck, let me know if anyone wants a copy, I have them
in jpeg format on a disk at home. I think Nissan is your best bet for a crew
cab model if you are impatient.
Just for general "shits and grins", I'll post a list of vehicles that I have
pictures of from the Chicago auto show, if you want a copy of the pictures, let
me know and I can send them to you via email. Be warned, these images will
probably average 100k per image, and I usually take about 4 shots of each
vehicle. Once roll of film is still in the camera, so I'll have even more (the
Audi TT included) in the near future.
