RE: Speaking of TSBs...
I replaced the two main ones coming off the ISV with the real Audi parts
from Carlsen. Cost $30. The other small vac hoses at the rear of the
engine and around the waffle/throttlebody were replaced with generic vac
hose from Pep Boys. I just went to PepBoys and bought 5 feet of every vac
hose size they had for like $5-6. Spent another $5-6 bucks on hose clamps
of various sizes and styles and spent an hour or so replacing all the vac
hoses.
The one thing you need to be careful of is the long, straight vac hose off
the ISV rear port that connects at the rear of the engine to a plastic
elbow that has a third hole in the elbow joint proper. It's a crankcase
vent. Be careful not to break this part (as I did), it's a pain to remove.
