Hella XL's. You should be able to get them from any major auto part store for
about $100.  I have them on my car (mounted on top of the bumper), and combined
with he 9007 bulb conversion, the light output is acceptable.  They are designed
to be used with the stock low beams, so they don't blink on coming vehicles.
