My advice to you is to replace everything now. Eliminate redundant
labor and
give you piece of mind and a car with less problems in the future.
Items I would replace in addition to struts:
strut bearings
strut stop
strut boot (dust boot)
I would also automatically replace the front tie rod ends if they
haven't been
done in the last few years (your allignment tech will thank you).
Items I would check and seriously consider replacing:
Tie rod ends (front and rear)
Wheel bearings
Ball Joints
All bushings (control arm, anti-roll bar, subframe)
CV boots
Heck, while you're there, you might as well check:
All brake hoses
E-brake cables
Front and rear calipers
And of course follow this with a _quality_ four wheel alignment.
