I replaced the grommets on the 5KS a while back.
Mack at Clair had them, but they weren't cheap,
not if you consider what they are.  I think they 
cost +/- $14 for the pair.  Much cheaper than 
the alternative though. 

There are at least two different sizes for these
grommets, make sure and check before you
go pi$$ing brake fluid all over the place.
