Im having a similar problem in my UrQ, im losing coolant, and i think 
that the cap has seen better days.  2bennett put on a new one when the 
thing was done, but it boiled over 2 times since then and i heard it 
venting a bit last week...

I dont see any leaks, and i dont think there are any hoses that are 
leaking at all, so i dont know where the coolant is going...maybe its 
just evaporating away???
