     The issue is "slip angle", the higher the tire pressure, the stiffer the 
body of the tire gets, the less slip angle is generated. More slip angle in the 
front than the back understeer, more slip angle in the rear oversteer. Pick up 
Carol Smith "Tune to Win", to get a clearer picture.
