Knowing the Germans creativity when it comes
to naming cars, it probably stands for 
Sedan or Saloon.  

I have seen early (1985?) normally aspirated 5KCS's, 
they were N/A 5K's with all the trimmings of the turbo, 
leather, rear light bar on trunk etc.
