yes that was the "90-based" 89 gto car.
i would guess this was shot from my usual spot at the top of the hill at
lime rock.
not long after this (maybe the same weekend?) john morton flipped his zx
turbo gtp car at the same spot in an ugly practice crash.
starting the next year all fast classes use a chicane that was installed
for safety reasons.
the chicane hasn't diminished the excitement there...
