Jimi Hendrix Feedback Noise -- 5KCSTQ -- help?

I have an UAN: an Unidentified Annoying Noise coming from my 5KCSTQ.

It started s a faint whirling sound that seemed to be coming from under the
car.  It only happened at low speeds (up to 30 mph  Then it gradually
became louder and sounded like a bus with an automatic transmission
switching gears -- as I slow down from higher speeds -- it really sounds
like an auto trans. downshifting!

With the temp getting down to -5, it's even louder.  This morning, it
actually began to sound exactly like Jimi Hendrix' feedback wails and cries
during his rendition of the 'Star Spangled Banner.'

I'm serious.  The car sounds possessed by ghosts -- and the sounds are like
wails from Jimi's stratocaster!

It has to be related to moving parts not having to do with the engine --
like an axle, or a wheel bearing.  Although it doesn't sound like anything
I've ever heard in my life.

An ideas?  Need y our help on this one..
