Hydraulic Pump Rebuild - Day 6

OK. I got the draglink adjuster (and found out it's only a large
screwdriver bit). Then I discovered that my (puny) impact driver
only took 8mm shanks, and this thing is 10mm ...

So I get back to the tool shop, and get a 10mm holder. Plus a new
screwdriver, 6mm FACOM stud remover, etc. - you know how it is with
tool shops.

Then Galvin calls. "Where are you?" "In Hayways tool store - need
anything?" "A gallon of petrol?"

Looks like he didn't quite refit the 200TQ's tand sender correctly.
A quick burst along the A14 to rescue a Type 44 with everything it needs
to go except fuel.

Then home, and a pounding session with the impact driver. Got the
main piston covers off, the seals out and the pistons too. Switch
my attention to the 4mm Allen screws covering the other seals.

OK - now what? Both will take a 5" Beargrip 4mm Allen key to 30
degrees. If I put more torque on, I'll snap the key for sure. They're
both on the same side of the pump, so I have them both soaking in
PlusGas. Any ideas?
