I'm following you. If I loaned my car to you and you crashed it, my
insurance company is liable to me to fix my car. They have recourse to sue
you or your insurance company to reimburse them. I knew this.

The only question I have is as Dave claimed, how could I have an accident
against my driver's license if I wasn't involved in the accident (I wasn't
even there)? You, the driver would have the accident against your record,
not me. I get my car fixed since I paid for the coverage, however I don't
get the points on my record. I think...

These ain't fighting words, btw. So if I'm still wrong lemme have it.

I get a headache trying to figure out how we have let insurance co's degrade
civil law in this country.
