If you want to be sure, you might have to take it to a chemical lab.
If you want to find a low cost alternative why not use "Marvel mystery" oil?
It is cheap and comes in a gallon can.

I was surfing the web and searched for tTechron. I got a string off of
another list that said that Kerosene and techron are the same thing and
can be used? I wanna know for sure.
