Alignment settings for the type 44?

Someone posted awhile back "the" all around great alignment settings for
the 5ktq.

All I remember is that -0.5 deg of camber on all 4 four corners was ideal.
I don't recall the corresponding toe settings and I believe caster is not
adjustable on our cars.

Our 5ktqw will be going in for an alignment the first weekend in March due
to Steamboat knocking it out of whack.  Any information/opinions/experience
is appreciated.
