The nozzle could be plugged, but the washer hose on the drivers side is
notorious for backing out of the rubber at the nozzle just enough so it
looks connected, but leaks enough to drop the pressure at the nozzle to a
drizzle. A telltale clue is a puddle of WW antifreeze on the plenum cover.
