ETKA lists the WE in two forms: 79KW/107HP for Australia and Japan,
85KW/115HP for Switzerland and Sweden.  Also states that production
ceased in 07/78.   The former version had a catalytic converter from
the factory, but replacements have not been available for a long time
now - I suspect someone has fitted a Swiss/Swedish exhaust in place of
a failed cat at some point.
