Euro Lights - Just finished installing them - Holy Candlepower

I just put 'em in.  Unbelievable even with stock bulbs.  Went for an
extended drive just to see what I have been missing, or maybe running
over, with the DOT lights.  They seem pretty well adjusted.  I did
monkey around with the adjustment knobs and need to properly allign
them but which knob is up/down and which is left/right?  I couldn't
really tell any difference when I turned the knob.  How minute are
the adjustments per turn?
