If you want a Pro/Perfomance rally car, buy your first one. Don't even try
to build your first car. You have no idea what you're doing (nothing
personal, nobody really does the first time through). Hit Ben's rally page
and pick a car out and buy it. Most people recc. an underpowered 2WD car
first; so you can learn how to drive. This experience is valuable. You'll
have 5000 other things to worry about when you're new and horsepower is WAY
down the list....
