Sam

You have to go in thru the rear hatch. Take out the spare tire/storage
cover from the rear floor. In order to do this you have to fold the
cover back. It will fold into three pieces. Under the left and right
side of the of the cover are two bolts underneath on each side. When
you have removed the bolts pull the storage cover off and to the side.
On the front of the storage area there is a ledge. Along this ledge is
a plastic strip with screws in it. After you undo the screws pull the
plactic strip off. There is a piece of carpet that covers that front
ledge and goes over the top to the back seat. Lay the backseats down
and pull this carpet up and over the top to the back seats. It may be
hard because it is glued down. Once you have it pulled forward you will
see some insulation on topbetween the back seats and spare tire storage
area. There will be a round circle cut in the insulation. Pull this
off and you will see the cover with three screws in it. Remove the
cover and you will see the gas tank cover with several lines going into
it. You either have to turn the cover left or right to get into the gas
tank.
