Re: '85 ur-q FS, $26.5k obo
The MB is one of the great Urq secrets. My excuse is that there are only
two RR's in Finland and one is not for sale, and the other was and I lost
the bidding war. Hence I've got one of the half-dozen MB's in the country
and I have yet to regret the loss of the RR.
Geez, I don't know what the big deal about USD 26 500.00 is. I paid approx
USD 20 000.00 for my '88 MB last summer and I've almost as much since then
getting it to the condition it is today. I've got 380 000 km on the
odometer, which is one of the few things that wasn't replaced
FWIW, the car cost over USD 100 000.00 new in 1988 here, the same as an S4
today. Maybe in a mont or two my car will be ready for a display beside the
S4 in our showroom...
