more 200q wagon questions

Spoke to the guy doing the inspection on the 200q wagon I've been
looking at. There are a few potentially big buck items wrong with the
car. In any case, it does not appear to have been well maintained. Can
any of you guys help me estimate repair costs for some of them, so I
have an idea of what I am getting into, and maybe it also gives me some
hard numbers to bargain with.

a) brake prop valve is shot, + needs new pads and rear rotors. I suspect
this is the biggest $ cost. Whats the best place to buy this valve if i
do the job myself? Any idea of cost?

There's a chance this might be considered a 'safety' item, and they'd
need to fix it at their cost before selling the car!

b) one rear window motor is bust (at least the window is not working).
How much are used motors? Anyone got one, in case I buy the car?

c) drivers seat heater not working

Of course, it needs a full service and fluid change, timing belts etc..

At this point, I am inclined to not buy this car unless the price drops
more.

Thanks in advance. Samir.
