RE: Urquattro pinstripes



I have a 4000 with pinstriping along the top body line.  It's about the only
car that I think it actually looks nice on.  As a general rule, I'm not a
fan of it.  I think the Ur-Q's look "cleaner" without it.  I wouldn't bother
with it, unless these cars are actually shown in concours events (are they?)
where "originality" demands it.

'89 944 (no way)
'55 Healey 100 (should be shot for pinstriping)

PS:  There's a guy here at work who actually put pinstriping along the
"swage" line on an Austin-Healey.  THAT was horrible.
