RE: DO NOT RUN HAPPY99.EXE



Well, given that it's an EXE file, if executed, it may generate some cute
little smiley face animation or some other such garbage in the foreground,
while launching the worm in the background.  He might have just thought the
animation (or whatever) was funny and sent it along for amusement, not
realizing it had a malicious side-effect.

Lesson: invest in Virus protection software, and KEEP IT UP TO DATE.
