urq window problems

	pulled into a parking garage today, rolling down the
	window. as usual, it went a little slow.  i forgot
	to nudge it and after a long pause it simple fell
	into the door.  oops.

	so i'm home now, got it all apart.  the carrier for 
	the window won't seem to hold the window properly,
	i don't know if there is supposed to be glue or 
	something in there or not.  the problem, as you 
	probably have guessed, is that the window carrier
	goes down its track just fine (i lubed the cable
	for good measure) but the glass itself sticks and
	the carrier disconnects.

	who out there has experience with this?  i figure i 
	need a new carrier, but that's all i know for sure.
	fortunately the glass was undamaged in the incident,
	however, once we replaced the glass and tested it a
	few times, we noted many parallel scratches in the
	glass :(  thay are vertical.  i can't for the life 
	of me find the spot where they scratched, and am not
	sure if it was a result of the fall into the door
	or happened once re replaced the glass on the 
	carrier.

	anyway, let the stories fly.  if anyone is parting 
	out any of these things, i'm your man.
