Uh, it can and has been solved.  Install the signals from a 4k in the
lower grill next to your OEM foglights.

Please tell me more.  I have expended considerable time (with the help of
Tom Nas) on a method of adding Euro turn signals to mine.  Are you refering
to the front-only signals that go in the 4k bumper?  How were they mounted
in the lower grill?  What was done to provide a side parking light and amber
reflector (mandatory, I think) and side turn signal (desirable)?  Any
on-line photo available?
