Re: dusted by a diesel

Don't always believe what you read. My sister's college car was a 1982 VW
Rabbit Diesel... into which we swapped a late model GTI drivetrain.

Of course, she left the "diesel" label on the back. She found it amusing
in stoplight
races and the inevitable "advice" at the gas station:

"Honey, you're putting gas into your car. You need to use diesel fuel or
you'll blow up
your engine."

My sister (throwing back her long blonde hair): "I _always_ use gas... it
makes the
car run _much_ better" than that old diesel stuff... and then drives off
spinning the wheels... much to
the amazment of the well-meaning "advisor".
