2500 miles to CO and back and...

then it quits!

As I noted a week or so ago, my 86 5kCSQ wasn't starting. It had been started
precisely once since we got back from the NW event at Steamboat Springs.

Finally got around to finding out what was wrong... the fuel pump (or the
wiring in the gas tank) has died. Completely. Infinite resistance at
the connector.

2500 miles, including starting at -15 deg F and it waits till it's
home before quitting. Amazing. Funny thing was I was being careful
on the trip to keep the tank over 1/4 full just for the fuel pump's
sake, something I never do when close to home.
