Yes, whoever the last registered owner was is the name on the title. For
privacy the leasing company may not release the leasee to anyone who inquires,
but again they might . You could also, from Audi's computer, with the VIN
determine where the car was serviced. That dealership should have the service
histroy on file. They could tell you the name of the owner, but again they may
withold that.
