I suspect they use all factory parts and it's effectively the same as the
factory box.  The one six speed I've driven has a funny jog over to sixth,
almost as if you're going into reverse.  It's not straight back from 5th the
way 4th is from 3rd.  I suspect that the sixth gear replaces reverse on the
shaft.  Reverse is now over to the left, next to second.
