RE: ABS sensor diagnostics

Under my backseat, the ABS unit is on the left side of
the car, there is a single wire that heads off in the
direction of the backrest. When I first lifted the rear
seat upon getting the car I noticed that this wire has
its end corroded off. It was a small brown plastic
capped spade connector. Is this related to the ABS? I don't
think it is, it seems too thing and there is only one of.
ABS doesn't work. Audi agents said the 2 front sensors are
bust, but Bosch engineer said left front and rear right
are the problem. CV joints have been replaced, but not sure
if they're the ones specific to ABS or not. Besides, ABS
was not working way before CV joint was changed.
