The Boge Turbo gas and Pro Gas are not adjustable.
I have used both the Boge Turbo Gas and the Koni Red adjustable
hydraulics, and find them approximately equal in performance.
Both are nice shocks for a daily driver that isn't immune to
having a little "fun" along the way.

However, I will probably not buy the Konis again, since I
do not like hydraulic shocks. They get stiffer in winter,
softer in summer, and wear out after a few years (I keep my
cars forever). Also, the red konis are not externally
adjustable; they much be mostly removed from the car.
I think Koni makes a yellow that is....

You can't go far wrong with the Boges unless you're planning
on timing laps at Lime Rock.
