I'm a little slow on this thread...

The price is right (at least in Europe) if this is a complete with engine
management and harnesses type unit.  The transmission fitting is a bear in a
Coupe (BTST), the biggest problem coming from making the shift linkages
work.

I know for a fact that you can aquire RS2 collision writeoffs with
engine/trans intact but (of course) not new in box for around DM 20-25K.
You get some other goodies with a complete car too...

FWIW, the going rate for 20V engines (no tranny) complete with harnesses and
ECU seems to be around DM 10 000.00 for new/rebuilt units with a few
improvements.
